1. 개정사유

  • Presented LIVE의 서비스 운영 사업자를 (주)스테이지랩스에서 (주)씨제이이엔엠으로 변경
  • 이용자의 명확한 이해를 돕기 위한 조문의 재정비

2. 주요 개정사항

  • (주)스테이지랩스에서 (주)씨제이이엔엠으로 서비스 운영 주체 변경
  • 서비스 이용과 관련하여 회사와 회원의 의무, 서비스 이용의 제한 등에 관한 조항 정비 및 보완 등
  • 반품 및 교환 불가 사유 명시하는 등 구체적인 청약철회 관련 조항 추가
  • ‘제18조 (광고 삽입 및 광고주와의 거래)’ 신설
  • ‘제24조 (외국인 “이용자”에 대한 특별 규정)’ 신설

3. 시행일자
